Project Requirements

Alsbridge’s Outsourcing Orders provides its users with paid services.

The client wanted to create/manage a user interface with admin panel where users can easily make a secure payment online.

They approached BluEnt for an efficient and user-friendly Payment Management System with the following requirements.

Simple Online Payment: The client wanted to provide a platform to users to make online payments smoothly through one page payment form.
Custom Admin Panel: They needed an admin panel to view and delete payment info.
Notification: They wanted notification to be generated to users on successful or failure payment transaction .

The BluEnt Approach

We designed some templates and worked on database structure designing and development.

We initially released a test version of the Payment Management Tool for client review.

Once it was approved, we made it available for users to make payment through it.

BluEnt divided the project into 2 major sections:

User Section
Admin Section
User Section Features:
- Service selection
- Payment form
- Payment preview
- Payment made
System generates notification to user’s email on successful or failed transaction.
Admin Section Features:
- Admin can login, logout, view and delete payment info.
- Change admin password
