Outsourcing Center recognizes the world’s best outsourcing relationships through the annual Outsourcing Excellence awards program.

They wanted their award program to be online so that buyers and providers both could submit their nominations online.

They approached to BluEnt for an efficient and user-friendly Nomination Management System with the following requirements:

• Systematized Nomination: They wanted to create a website where both buyers and sellers can submit the awards nomination form systematically.

• Custom Admin Panel: They wanted to have an admin panel to view, accept, reject and finalize the nominations.

• Online Payments: They wanted the providers to make payments online through a simple one page payment form.

• Auto Submission: The nomination form was long and had many fields. The client wanted that the form should get automatically submitted even if all the fields are not filled and the buyer/provider leaves the page.

• Reports: They wanted to generate reports for all nominations like accepted, rejected and finalist.

BluEnt designed a few templates and worked on database structure designing and development.

We released a test version of Nomination Management Tool for client review.

Once it was approved by the client, we made it available for nomination form submission.

BluEnt divided the project into 4 major sections:

• Provider section

• Buyer section

• Admin section

• Judge section

Provider Section: 

• Registration

• Login

• Forgot Password

• Provider details form

• Buyer details form

• Payment form

• The provider can make multiple nominations and can edit his nomination.

• Auto generated password is sent to buyer’s email with provider and buyer’s details.

Buyer Section:

• Login

• Forgot Password

• Provider details form

• Buyer details form

Admin Section:

• Admin can view, approve and reject any nominations and send a notification email to provider for the same.

• Admin can filter the nominations and send them to the finalist section where judges can choose the winner.

Judge Section:

• Judge can view the nomination details of all finalist only and can choose the winners.
