They approached BluEnt to create a simple and efficient Practice Management System with the following requirements:

Easy User Interface: A user-friendly interface to view the services offered and make appointments

Custom Admin Panel: A custom admin panel to manage:

• Design: The client wanted us to design a website with a professional look and feel to reflect their brand and legacy.

• eCommerce Features Integration: They wanted to offer an online booking facility to their customers and required an eCommerce feature integrated.

• Newsletter Designing: They wanted to promote their latest deals, discounts and special offers to their loyal customers and prospects. They required different sets of newsletter templates.

• SEO: The client wanted Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to promote their website and low cost carrier services.

We designed templates and worked on the database structure designing and development.

We released a test version of the website for the client’s review. There were several changes incorporated into the website.

BluEnt developed a custom content management system. We divided the project in 4 major sections:

Appointment Section

• For appointment, a direct email can be sent or a simple form can be filled on the website

Staff Section

• All staff info is managed through admin panel

• User or patient can directly view specialists and staff’s expertise

Services Section

• All service descriptions are managed through admin and are available for patients to view

Admin Section

• All web pages, services and staff are managed through admin panel
