BluEnt made use of the Sharepoint online solution and integrated it with a Live Drive for business, Office 365 and Sharepoint Sites of other departments. All the tools were placed centrally so that the employees could use the information easily.
Microsoft SharePoint enables a virtual office for sharing documents, tasks, calendars, etc. even when a user is disconnected. Colligo apps were used to provide full offline access to content with configurable sync technology, making it easy for consultants to access latest files. It ensures that their own files are shared automatically with co-workers as soon as they reconnect. The results have been an amazing 30-40% increase in productivity and a lot less frustration.

The synchronization of documents between Cloud and Self Hosted Sharepoint Server Sites was a challenge. The cloud version integrated well with Active Directory, Live Drive and Office 365 and other Microsoft Sharepoint sites and widgets, but the real troubleshooting was in the process of synchronizing over 25000 documents (works till up to 25K) and long file names.Since Kwela consultants were standardized on Windows laptops, the company chose to install the Colligo Windows app.
