BluEnt provides technology resources on a changing and flexible basis. We suggest our clients if you are not confident of this staff augmentation model, you can even try with one month trial. (For example you can try 1 person for 1 month.)
How We Do
Step 1 People - Select the resources on the basis of their credentials and competencies; scrutinize them; meet them face to face through video conferencing or in person before finalizing your seats.
Step 2 Project Manager - Pick up the Project Manager most suited to your specific requirements and assure that s-/he is your direct representative for managing the team and projects.
Step 3 Proceed - Get started with projects and monitor the results with our Project Management tools, thereby entrusting all your technical concerns onto us.
How Does It Work
There are coordinators on the client’s and BluEnt’s end who focus on the following aspects:
- Kick-off the project call and communication
- Identify activities to be executed by the offshore team
- Develop detailed work plan with milestones
- Knowledge Transfer
- Organize meeting in the overlap hours to go over changes (for example application design, development and testing, etc.)
- Maintain project protocol, standards, transparency and governance
- Monitoring and increasing efficiency
How Efficiency is Measured
Efficiency is monitored via a dash board. Target time set by the client is compared with the actual time taken.
