Learning Point Associates produces a variety of products, publications and multimedia tools for educators and policymaker. Their aim of this product was to improve deliverables strategies of educators and policymakers. Substantial research is involved to generate assessment based on the surveys done. As a result, an automated/customizable tool was required which could generate fact-based decisions on basis of assessment conducted. The tool was need to be designed to allow a school district to sign up for a "Project" and one person would be assigned as the "project administrator," and would be in charge of configuring the options for that project (e.g. what tests are to be taken, by whom, when, what kinds of data is needed, what kind of data roll-up is required, etc.).

BluEnt developed an Assessment Engine for Learning Point Associates. This engine encompassed the current model of assessment strategies, which helped in evaluating individuals, teams or organizational impacts. The assessment engine included a user friendly interface for taking tests/surveys and using the data to generate assessments. It also provided integrated sections for various administrative users to manage and monitor activities of other participants. And eventually generated feedbacks and reports based on text and graphs representations to track various levels of participants, projects and assessment done.
