Phase 1: Concept Formulation
- Kick-off Meeting - We would commence the concept formulation with a kick-off meeting with the client to discuss the allocation of project tasks and define the project timeline. In case of physical distances, the functionality that a meeting is expected to fulfill, would be performed through online communication – e-mail, chat, desktop sharing, etc.
- Brainstorming Workshop - We would then carry out a brainstorming workshop with the client to define the solution objectives (in this case these are already pretty well defined), identify area of focus and define the materials & inputs needed from the client.
- Concept Formulation - BluEnt will then translate the results of the brainstorming workshop into a concept strategy for the client, drawing from in-house methodologies and the expertise of its various filed offices.
- Propose to Client -
The concept strategy developed as above will then be proposed to the Client. Any changes or further inputs to the e-commerce enabled website can be made at this stage.
- Translate Concept Strategy into Prototype - Our professionals, along with our team of developers will then translate the client’s concept strategy into a prototype for the client solution.
- Propose Prototype and Incorporate Amendments - The prototype as developed above, will then be proposed to the client, and discussed. Any feedback regarding amendments on the prototype will be noted and incorporated at this stage.
- Finalize Specifications for the Presentation - Kindly note that the specification document is the most important element – the success of the project would lie upon a thorough functional specifications document; development would commence only after the specification document has been signed off. At this stage any modifications or client suggestions would be easy to integrate.
- Design & Develop the Solution According to Client Specifications -
Subsequent to the finalization of the functional specifications, BluEnt would initiate project development.
We would then commence development work along the lines of the finalized specifications for the website. We would conduct intermediate demos with the Client to update them on the progress of the development work on intervals agreed by both parties at the start of the project.
Phase 4: Post Development
- Quality Assurance and Testing - Using test data dry run testing will be done thoroughly for each functionality for the application.
- Client Acceptance - On the client's acceptance we would initiate implementation and deployment. This would include transfer of ownership, application transfer and also knowledge transfer to the client.
